Ashley Nocera is an Instagram popular fitness model and athlete who was born on 15th August in 1994. The model is also an Leo according to her zodiac sign. Even though Ashley isn't talking much about her parents, she has credited her grandfather with the spark that ignited her desire of working out, as he was a popular bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley was physically active from a young age. She began taking swimming lessons at age four old and carried on for another 10 years. Ashley was a participant in many contests however, she wasn't focused because she wasn't capable of sustaining a strict diet. A beautiful appearance as well as a slim physique made her famous during her high school years. However, it's not known if Ashley ever dated someone in that period of time. Following her graduation, Ashley was able to decide not to attend in a college program but rather concentrate on her work as being a fitness model. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized she wasn't happy with how her body seemed. Her dad encouraged her to train. However, she heeded his suggestion to work out slowly. She didn't realize that she'd spend the next nine years perfecting her shape eventually becoming a fitness idol. Ashley was encouraged by her victory and enrolled in into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She came 7th and was motivated to work harder. Ashley returned to the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made a decision that she didn't want to compete. Though she'd been getting requests for photoshoots while competing Ashley wasn't keen for her career and modeling to become confused. Once she ceased competing, she became a fitness models. After being featured on the front page of a renowned fitness magazine, she was able to immediately start her career as a fitness and modeling model. In the years since, she has grown into a sought-after model. She has been featured on many bikini and apparel businesses and was featured on the covers of a well-known fitness magazine.
